Problem
Physics Wallah had no scalable way to identify, capture, and nurture high-performing students from Olympiads and competitive exams. This limited access to high-value leads, future rank holders, and credible success stories for the brand.
Solution
We created a structured, merit-driven nomination platform which enabled us to identify top students, capture qualified leads, and mentor them into future rank holders.
It enabled PW to gain early access to top talent.

About the Project?
Marvels is a dedicated initiative by Physics Wallah created to celebrate, honour, and mentor high-achieving students from Olympiads and competitive exams.
Selected students are felicitated with cash prizes and mentorship to enhance their future prospects.
How Marvels works?
Whole idea of Marvels is divided into 3 parts-
Eligibility
Open to students from Classes 8 to 11 who have secured strong ranks in Olympiads or major competitive exams.
Nomination and Selection
Eligible students can nominate themselves. A selected group will be shortlisted based on merit.
Felicitation
Chosen students will be rewarded with cash prizes and will receive personalized mentorship from PW experts to help them excel in future exams.
Business Requirements
To get sales leads data of rank-holder students
This will assist the business team by getting details of the meritorious students to whom PW can sell their courses,
Improve their results by creating rank holders from pw.
Pw will mentor and groom bright students and convert them into rank holders which will help pw to showcase those candidates in their results.

In phase 1 we made MVP and mainly decided to create the basic flows and framework for the Batch Plans.
